Body Blitz will challenge your muscular endurance as well as balance and coordination by moving through all planes of motion with multi-joint and compound exercises.
Body Blitz PLUS is similar to Body Blitz BASIC, but starts with 15-20 minutes of Foundations work. The normal Body Blitz class starts after Foundations. Body Blitz PLUS is a 45-60 minute class.
